All members of the committe are members of the Mathematic Laboratory of the University of Rennes 1, the INSTITUT DE RECHERCHE MATHEMATIQUE DE RENNES (IRMAR). IRMAR employs more than 120 tenure reaserchers and professors, is ranked as a "Class A+ lab", being in the top ten french maths labs. IRMAR is a very open institute involved in many interdisciplinary collaborations with other institutions and many other fields.
